Once again I took a ring needing repair to Justin and Gene. The band was almost wire-thin and was disconnected. Again, excellent craftmanship, wonderful customer service, and a warm, sincere welcome as I entered the shop. My ring was repaired and looks absolutely brand new. Not only did Justin repair the band, he replaced it with a wider, sturdier one, replaced a lost diamond and checked the ruby to make sure the prongs were holding it securely. These guys are wonderful. They are committed to excellence and have proven it again. Thank you again!!

Two Jewelers of Blue Springs is my only recommendation. I've been in the jewelry business for over 20 years and worked with one of the owners back in 2011. Justin Daniel Sheldon now co-owns his business and does absolutely exceptional work. He has worked on many antique pieces of mine and has done great work on several luxury brand pieces. I own a Tiffany and Company necklace that was a treasured gift. The design was off, and the pendant would always get tangled. I took it in and Justin talked through how we could fix it. He saved the component that was a design flaw, so if I ever wanted to revert back to the original design I could. It went from sitting in my box to wearing it constantly. They are always very competitively priced and have a very quick turn around. Their work is always guaranteed, and it is top notch 🔥💯

Can not recommend highly enough- need more than 5 stars! My hubby procrastinated on shopping for our wedding jewelry, but these guys pulled off and absolutely amazing set in no time! I can't even imagine what we would have been charged at a "regular" jewelry store, and am sure I would have been way less happy. I got my CUSTOM ring (gorgeous!), in a short time, and with WONDERFUL service! They made for one very happy lady- with a STUNNING CUSTOM RING! UPDATING with my professional pics... no picture can totally capture how beautiful this ring is, but I'm thrilled with these pics too! I've already been back to get my second band and am so happy with it! Awesome guys!

The owners are highly skilled, experienced craftsmen who create their pieces in the workshop adjacent to the storefront. Justin went the extra mile to understand exactly what we wanted and created beautiful rings for us that were even better than either of us could have imagined. Plus, he managed to have them ready for us in three days! They also have a nice ready-made selection in store, but where they truly shine is in their ability to create perfect custom pieces. I love supporting small business (being a small business owner myself)! My husband got me a ring enhancer for my wedding ring for Valentine’s Day. My wedding band was too thick at the bottom to fit inside the bottom of the enhancer. So, I took it to 2Jewelers and they were able to make the magic happen!!! They fixed it right then and there and charged a very reasonable rate. I plan on using them for all my jewelry needs in the future!!!

Gene and Justin you just made a customer for life! I needed to get my watch band sized on my new Citizen watch. After I made the mistake of going to a "big box" jewelry store who tried to YouTube how to size my watch band the "big box" store referred me to the professionals at Two Jewelers! My experience was amazing! Right away they knew exactly what to do and how to resize the band which involved cutting the band. Not only does it fit perfectly it also looks like they never cut it. Gene and Justin quoted me a price of $5 to size my watch band which at the "big box" jeweler they quoted me $10 per link! Gene and Justin were super friendly and told me about how they started the business and how they have been friends since elementary school! Once again super great experience it was refreshing to walk in and talk straight to the owners! Thanks again guys! Update 3 Weeks Later: So I went back to Two Jewelers today to get my rubber watch band replaced with a metal one I ordered online. Justin switched it out in under 5 minutes and it fits perfect! Like I said in a previous post I will keep coming back to these guys for all my Jeweler needs. Great job guys and keep up the good work. Update: Engraving! Justin and Gene wow again! I was working on a dice enclosure pocket watch project for my Dungeons & Dragons group and wanted to add a special engraving to them. I called around to different trophy stores getting quotes on engraving! Then I thought "I wonder if the Two Jewelers do engraving?" I called and talked to Gene and he said they did engraving and they could do pocket watches. I took them to Two Jewelers and gave Justin the watches and told him what design and words. Justin said it would be about a week and sure enough after a week Gene called and said they were ready! I think they turned out great! I will still be coming back anytime I have jewelry or engraving needs! Great job Gene and Justin!

We had the best experience at Two Jewelers! My fiancé got my engagement ring from them, then we went back for our wedding bands. Everyone there was amazing to work with, great attention to detail, soo nice and helpful on designing.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Justin at Two Jewelers! He took amazing care of us from start to finish and gave us an incredible deal. It’s rare to find someone who can make the process of buying jewelry feel so easy and enjoyable, but Justin absolutely did that. He guided us through everything with such kindness, patience, and genuine care. We asked a lot of questions, and he never rushed us or made us feel anything but supported. This is a great jewelry store. We were referred here by our trusted jeweler to have a custom piece repaired that they could not do. The pricing was wonderful. They did a great job with the repair and were excellent at communicating. They have a wonderful selection of unique pieces that you don't find everywhere else. All of the sales people were wonderful to work with. Highly recommend visiting this jewelry store!
